SATURDAY, JULY 1, 2017 @ 10:00 AM CDT.

LOCATED IN BRECKINRIDGE COUNTY at 1577 N. Hwy. 333, Webster, KY 40176.  From Irvington, KY take Hwy. 60 west two miles to Hwy. 333 turn right and continue 1.5 miles to the auction site on the left. (Signs Posted.)

BARR REALTY & AUCTION CO., INC. has been selected by Sharon Mattox, Executrix for the Gary L. Mattox Estate, to conduct the following Absolute Auction. Auctioneers Mark Barr, Stephen Barr, Jamie Barr, Chris Barr, Dennie Armes and Bobby Carwile with offices in Hardinsburg and Brandenburg, KY.

ORDER OF AUCTION: Going on the Auction Block at 10:00 AM CDT sharp will be the Real Estate followed by the SUV, tractor, mowers, farm machinery, guns, furniture, coins and miscellaneous.


Selling a two story brick and siding home.  The upper story has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground level consists of a living room, kitchen, large family room utility area and attached garage. Water is supplied by well. Other improvements on include a tool shed with workshop, barn and shade trees. INSPECTION: The Real Estate will be available for inspection Tuesday, June 20th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM CDT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: A $6,000.00 deposit will be required day of auction, balance due by July 25, 2017 by 4:00 PM CDT. Deposits to be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check or personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing funds. All bidders must register prior to the auction to receive a bidding number and must have a picture ID or driver’s license. POSSESSION ON REAL ESTATE: Date of deed. The house was built before 1978. . Lead paint could be present, make your inspection 10 days prior to the auction. Purchaser will be required to sign an inspection waive prior to signing a sales purchase agreement day of the auction. TAXES: 2017 property taxes prorated. POSSESSION ON PERSONAL PROPERTY: Day of auction with the exception of any titled automobiles after being transferred at the court house with proof of transfer supplied to auctioneers. GUNS: Sold by all ATF rules and regulations. All winning bidders of guns will be subject to a background check at Aim Right Guns. The charge will be $15.00 per gun. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price.
