BARR REALTY & AUCTION CO., INC. has been selected to conduct the following Reva Miller Estate Auction to help settle the estate. Auctioneers Mark Barr, Stephen Barr, Jamie Barr, Bobby Carwile and apprentice Dennie Armes with offices in Hardinsburg and Brandenburg, KY.

Selling a 3 bedroom vinyl siding home with kitchen/dining room combo, living room, bath, utility room, gas heat, front & side porches, paved drive, storage building on large shaded lot.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Dinette table and 4 chairs, china cabinet, couch, recliner, electric cook stove, 25 inch cabinet TV, microwave, end table, dishes, fruit jars and miscellaneous.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: REAL ESTATE: $3,000 deposit day of auction, balance within or upon August 19th by 4:00 pm. CDT. All deposits to be made in the form of cash, cashiers’ check or personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing funds. All bidders must register prior to the auction to receive a bidding number and must have a picture ID or driver’s license. The house was built before 1978. Lead paint could be present, make your inspection 10 days prior to the auction. Purchaser will be required to sign an inspection waiver prior to signing a sales purchase agreement day of auction. TAXES: 2013 City/County prorated at closing. POSSESSION: Date of deed. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Cash or good check with possession day of auction.
