TERMS & CONDITIONS: REAL ESTATE: A $3,000.00 deposit will be required day of auction with balance due on or before May 5th, 2014 by 4:00 pm CDT. Deposit to be made in the form of cash, cashier’s check or personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing funds.
