Successful bidders will deposit a (Non Refundable) 10% of the purchase price in the form of cashier&rsquo;s check or wire transfer to Kaufman Realty &amp; Auctions of WV within 48 hours of the close of the Auction. The entirety of the remaining balance is due within 45 days. Instructions for wire transfer and /or cashiers check transmittal will be sent by e-mail to the successful bidder. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees.</span></span><br />
