Selling will be six acres of land that includes three commercial buildings, a mobile home and frontage on Hwy. 448 (proposed 313). It will be sold in three parcels. Parcel 1- Has 1.987 acres along with two commercial buildings and a mobile home that is currently rented at $300 per month. One commercial building is a single story, 2560 square foot brick and block structure that was originally used as a retail store. It has large front windows, front, side and rear entrances along with a half bath, office and storage closets. It has a storage area which has an overhead garage door.
