TERMS & CONDITIONS: REAL ESTATE: A $5,000 deposit day of auction with balance due by February 11th, 2014 at 4:00 pm CST. All deposits to be made in the form of cash, cashiers’ check or personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing funds. All bidders must register prior to the auction to receive a bidding number and must have a picture ID or driver’s license. The house was built before 1978. Lead paint could be present, make your inspection 10 days prior to the auction. Purchaser will be required to sign an inspection waiver prior to signing a sales purchase agreement day of auction.
