GUNS VIEWING AND INSPECTION: The guns can be inspected at HWY 60 Pawn Shop located at 205 Old Hwy 60, Hardinsburg, KY 40143. Beginning Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 through Tuesday, October 27th, 2026. Hwy 60 Pawn Shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM CDT. PAYMENT & PICKUP INFORMATION: All gun payments will need to be made at Barr Realty & Auction Co., Inc., Hardinsburg, KY office at 1111 Old Hwy 60 East, Hardinsburg, KY 40143. Starting on Thursday, October 29th, 2026 from 8:00 AM CDT to 4:00 PM CDT and Saturday, October 30th from 8:30 AM CDT to 12:00 PM CDT. “Payment in full is due prior to picking up guns." GUN TERMS AND CONDITIONS INFORMATION: Payment in full days of scheduled pick up times. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash or Good Check made payable to Barr Realty & Auction Co., Inc. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. The buyer will receive a paid receipt from Barr Realty & Auction Co., Inc. to take to Hwy 60 Pawn Shop. NOTICE: Handgun buyers must be 21 years of age and a resident of Kentucky. Long gun buyers must be 18 years of age and any out of state long gun buyer must pickup in person. Buyers must have a current drivers license or ID. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED “NO EXCEPTIONS”. There will be a background check on all firearm buyers at Hwy 60 Pawn Shop. The cost to the buyer will be as follows: If buyer has a valid Kentucky concealed to carry permit the cost is $25.00 for the first gun then $10.00 per gun after first gun. Having no concealed to carry permit the cost will be $35.00 for the first gun then $10.00 per gun after the first gun. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final selling price. SALES TAX: A 6% KY sales tax will be charged on the final selling price on all taxable items. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All property sold “as is where is” condition with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
