BARR REALTY & AUCTION CO., INC. has been selected by Stanley and Amy Williams to sell this property to the highest bidders. Stanley is retiring from the logging business after 30 years. ORDER OF AUCTION: Going on the auction block at 10:00 AM CDT sharp will be the personal property followed by the real estate.
20.8 ACRES - SHOP BUILDING - SHEDS
Selling will be 20.82 acres with about 1/3 open land the balance wooded. Improvements include a 50ft x 60ft metal sided shop building with a 9 inch poured concrete floor, and three overhead doors. The floor is plumbed for a restroom. Other buildings include a 32ft x 60ft open shed, and a 16 ft x 16 ft building which has the interior finished as on office. There is paved frontage on Hwy. 144 and public water is available. There is also a mobile home hookup on the property. There is an additional cistern located by the large shop building. It will be sold in 2 parcels as follows: Parcel 1- 19 acres with approximately 5 acres open the balance wooded. It includes all of the buildings listed above. Parcel 2 - 1.67 acres with a septic and cistern. Both parcels have frontage on Hwy. 144 and all are available to public water.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Parcel 1 – A $5,000 deposit and Parcel 2 – A $2,000 deposit required day of auction, balance due by October 29th, 2012. Deposit to be in the form of cash, cashier’s check or personal check with up to date bank letter guaranteeing funds.
