Selling will be approximately 380,000 board feet of timber. Timber size 18 inches across stump measured at ground level with a 12 month removal period. Timber Parcel 1 is located on the east side of New State Rd. on Land Parcels 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9. It has 215,000 total board feet on approximately 68 acres of wooded land within 77 total acres. The species are as follows: White Oak 81,000; Hickory 57,000; Yellow-Poplar 29,000; Red Oak 24,000; Ash 8,000; Hard Maple 7,000; Soft Maple 5,000; Post Oak 4,000. This timber is located on gently rolling land that is easily accessible on a blacktop road. Approximately 20 acres of this parcel was very selectively cut a few years ago, however the timber cruise still estimates the 20 acre area to contain a large amount of board footage. Timber Parcel 2 is located on the west side of New State Rd. on Land Parcels 1, 2, 3. Timber Parcel 2 has 165,000 board feet on approximately 34 acres of wooded land within 49 total acres.
