TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON REAL ESTATE: The following deposits will be required the day of auction: Parcels 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18 will be $2,000.00 each, Parcels 2, 8, 9, 10 & 11 will be $5,000.00 each and Parcel 4 will be $10,000.00.PARCEL 19: TIMBER: A deposit of $20,000.00 will be required day of auction.
