Real Estate #2: Parcels 1 & 2 will be $5,000.00 each, Parcels 3, 4, 5 & 6 will be $3,000.00 each. Parcel 7: Timber: A deposit of $25,000.00 will be required day of auction with the balance due by April 20th, 2018 by 4:00 PM CDT.
