The cabin has a 14x44 ft. wrap around deck which over looks the lake. Other features include an outbuilding, mature shade trees, and nice lake front lot in the Peter Cave area. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: An $8,000.00 deposit day of auction with the balance due by August 9th, 2011 by 4:00 PM CDT.
