The auction will be held at American Legion Post 133 located at 407 S. Frog Street, Alton IN which is about 2 miles from the farm. Selling will be 72 acres, nearly all wooded with over 2800 feet of river frontage on The Little Blue River. There is over 1000 feet of road frontage on Sheckel Cemetery Rd. The property will be sold in 7 parcels ranging from 4 acres to 17 acres each. The property is near the Alton- Ohio River boat ramp, The Hoosier National Forest, Marengo Cave, Harrison Crawford State Forest and many other local attractions. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Parcels 3, 4 & 5: $2,000.00 down each and Parcels 1, 2, 6 & 7: $3,000.00 each with the balance due by August 31st, 2010.
