A local attorney contacted us to sell property for a client that was in divorce proceedings. There was a home and 6 acres, along with a tractor, farm equipment and other personal items that needed to be cleaned and sold. The home was full of clutter and had trees, bushes and vines along the outside that had to be removed.

We worked with a local surveyor to subdivide the property in three parcels since it was in a residential area with high demand for building lots. We also hired a contractor to remove the trees, shrubs and undergrowth from the home. Our own crew worked several days removing 3 dumpsters full of rubbish from the home and basement.

The home and 1.578 acres sold for $83,600.00. A 1.642 acre building lot sold for $27,093.00 and a 3.043 acre lot brought $25,439.38.  There was also a large crowd bidding on the personal property.

We worked with both sellers along with their attorneys to book this sale, clean the property, conduct the auction and close the deal with money in hand within 75 days.
